Just aimlessly flipped on Night of Too Many Stars. This segment and the performance were what was on, and I just have to say that it hit me right in the feels. These things are truly great, because no matter what condition the rest of the health and education system looks like, kids with developmental disabilities are always hit the hardest, and whatever could be done to help is a good thing.
Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.
As my semester nears its end, let me tell you: this is truer than you can imagine.

People who can’t sit in class for one measly hour and a half without the warming glow of their lame phones/computers can go straight to hell. It’s the most distracting (and detracting) thing in my educational experience, and it gives me little hope for the future of society.
